These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mulberry Sage website and your purchases from our store.

By visiting our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Online store eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Products and product information

Mulberry Sage offers a curated selection of home décor, tabletop, kitchen, textile, furniture, storage, garden, and lifestyle products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, photographs, and other details accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on the device or screen being used, and minor variations may occur between production batches.

Product availability

Products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Availability may change without notice.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of promotions.

Receiving an order confirmation means that we have received your order.

Final acceptance occurs when the order enters fulfillment or is dispatched.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Mulberry Sage currently offers free shipping on all products available for purchase in the United States store, with no minimum purchase requirement and no additional standard shipping fee added at checkout.

Applicable taxes or legally required government charges may be calculated or collected during checkout where required.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify and/or authorized third-party payment providers.

Shipping and delivery

Mulberry Sage currently ships to the United States only.

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party logistics and fulfillment partners and may ship from different locations or in separate parcels.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mulberrysage.com.

We can only guarantee a cancellation or change if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, exclusions, required evidence, replacement procedures, and refund timing.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Fulfillment partners

Mulberry Sage may use independent suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics companies, and fulfillment partners to process and ship orders.

Products within the same order may come from different fulfillment locations.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mulberry Sage name, visual identity, original website text, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Mulberry Sage.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, customer support, reviews, and fraud prevention.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Prohibited conduct

You must not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, commit fraud, impersonate another person, misuse personal information, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mulberry Sage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

Mulberry Sage is operated from Brazil.

These Terms are governed by applicable Brazilian law without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections available in their place of residence.
