We want you to feel confident shopping with Mulberrysage. This policy applies to purchases made through our online store and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. Do not send an item back without authorization; the return address may differ from the address shown on the parcel.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
Contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund. A physical return may not be required.
Change-of-mind returns
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for ensuring the parcel reaches the authorized return address. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the order was defective, incorrect, or not delivered.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care, beauty, intimate, or health-related products cannot be returned unless defective. We also cannot accept returns of personalized items, gift cards, final-sale items, or products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us immediately after placing your order. We can cancel or change an order only before processing or fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be changed or canceled.
European consumer withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. To exercise that right, send us a clear statement through our Contact page before the period expires. Statutory exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene goods once opened and personalized products. Unless the product is defective or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
Refunds
We will inspect or validate your request and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing can take 5–10 business days after the refund is initiated. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.
