Where we ship
Mulberrysage currently serves customers in the United States and selected European destinations. Availability is confirmed at checkout. Some products or routes may be unavailable because of carrier, supplier, regulatory, or customs restrictions.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, launches, or other peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Estimated delivery time
After processing, U.S.-warehouse items delivered within the United States typically take 3–5 business days. Internationally fulfilled items generally take 10–15 business days in transit. Deliveries to European destinations commonly fall within this international window, but remote areas, customs review, carrier disruption, and peak seasons can take longer. Product-page or checkout estimates take priority when they are more specific.
Processing time and transit time are separate. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email used at checkout. Tracking may take 2–5 business days after dispatch to show its first carrier scan. Some international parcels transfer to a local carrier, and the final tracking event may appear on that carrier’s website.
Split shipments
Items may ship separately because they are fulfilled from different locations. You may receive multiple parcels and tracking numbers at no additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address when the carrier cannot complete delivery.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders may ship from outside the destination country. Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, or local taxes may apply unless they are collected at checkout. Where these charges are not collected by us, they are assessed by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare an inaccurate value.
Delays, loss, and delivery issues
Carrier delays can occur for reasons outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment and carrier partners. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the local carrier; carrier documentation may be required.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Keep the item, packaging, and shipping label, and contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or video. Remedies are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
