Shipping to the United States
Mulberry Sage currently ships only to addresses within the United States.
Free U.S. shipping
All products currently available in our U.S. store include free shipping. There is no minimum order and no additional shipping charge at checkout.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.
Delivery times
Delivery timing can vary by product because our collection is fulfilled from more than one location. The available shipping method and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout before payment.
Depending on the item and fulfillment location, transit estimates can range from several business days to approximately 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to show its first carrier scan.
Split shipments
Items may arrive in separate parcels when they are fulfilled from different locations. In that case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delivery delays
Carrier delays, peak-season demand, weather, address issues and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
